With the Circular Solution Space, participants work together in a series of workshops to discover circular value propositions, business models and production methods specific to their own organisation. These workshops are always based on your existing business model and business case.
The resulting Circular Solution Space reveals promising and alternative paths to migrate from your existing business operations to more circular business forms and business cases. Using a physical, three-dimensional model, we scientifically analyse, generate and visualise ideas for your circular business development. Working in groups in this shared creative process leads to company-wide solutions and concrete paths towards 100% circular business fully endorsed by all the participants.
In addition to the Circular Solution Space, we provide a series of analytical tools and calculation models to numerically validate the new ideas and solutions, and to monitor and test the (pilot) implementation based on your business operations and business case. Exploring and discussing the possibilities from the different disciplines and perspectives of your own staff creates a collective intelligence and ambition. Our program
